Crab salad
Crab salad has long been an integral part of the festive table. It is prepared on a row with such culinary titans as Olivier and Herring under a fur coat.It is prepared for a regular family dinner and solemn occasion, filled with baskets or served as an independent snack. There is a wide variety of ways to make salad to be delicious, beautiful and healthy. All kinds of ingredients are used, the choice of which depends on the preferences of the hostess. The main component is crab meat or sticks, which are more affordable but no less delicious. Crab salad recipes are varied in composition and cooking process, but the result always deserves enthusiastic approval from guests and households. Additional ingredients can be other seafood: red fish, shrimp, salmon caviar. Also often added to the dish are canned corn, olives, hard cheese, carrots, boiled rice, chicken eggs and fresh cucumbers to taste. It is laid all in layers or mixed in the usual way. It is seasoned with mayonnaise, sour cream, olive oil or homemade sauce with lemon juice and spices.
