Potatoes - 500 grams, Onions - 1 pc., Garlic - 2 teeth, Ground red pepper - 0.25 tea liters, Hot ground pepper - 0.25 tea liters, Kinza, coriander - 0.5 tea liters, Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp, Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
Cut the potatoes into thin strips. To do this, you can use a grater for Korean carrots or simply cut it with a knife. The thickness is approximately 2-3 mm. Rinse the chopped potatoes with cold water and leave for 10 minutes in cold water.
Cut the onion into half rings and put water on the stove so that it is boiling.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry onions on high heat.
Put the potatoes in a saucepan, pour boiling water, put on the stove and bring to a boil.
After that, roll back and rinse with cold water. It should stay a little damp.
Transfer it to a salad bowl, add the squeezed garlic, red and black pepper, coriander, soy sauce and fried onion along with the butter.
Gently mix everything.
