Classic puff salad with cod liver

1. Boil and peel the carrots. Grate on a fine grater.
2. Boil the eggs, peel. Separate the proteins from the yolks and grate separately on a fine grater.
3. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
4. Mash the cod liver with a fork.
5. Lay on the bottom of the salad bowl in layers: cod liver - carrots - mayonnaise - proteins - cheese - mayonnaise - yolks.
6. Refrigerate for 1 hour for impregnation.
7. Decoration. Cut several olives along in half, the rest in circles. Wash and dry the parsley.
8. Garnish the salad with olives and parsley and serve.
