Caprese with mozzarella

1. Rinse basil, gently dry with a paper towel. Do the same with tomatoes.

2. Choose a large, flat dish, spread the large fox basil around the edge and place the tomatoes side by side. At this stage, the dish already resembles a Christmas wreath.

3. Add the balls of mini mozzarella, arrange the olives and pesto sauce (spread the sauce with a teaspoon, giving it a rounded shape).

4. Drizzle the salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Done! Festive mood and, of course, pleasant appetite!

Mozzarella - 100 gr, Cherry tomatoes - 270 gr, Basil - 20 gr, Olives - 150 gr, Pesto sauce - 60 gr, Olive oil - 30 ml, Balsamic vinegar - to taste
