Italian caprese
6 servings
10 min
1. Cut mozzarella into thin plates.
2. My tomatoes, dry with a paper towel, cut into thin circles.
3. We choose a large flat dish and alternate, lay out cheese with tomatoes on it.
4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
5. My basil, finely cut (leave some of the leaves to decorate the salad), put in a small container (wooden mortar), pour olive oil, add garlic squeezed through the press, and rub with a pestle. Pour the resulting sauce over the salad.
6. We give the salad a complete look by decorating the basil with leaves. Serve Caprese on the table and treat guests to an exquisite dish!
