How to make beef salad with apples? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Boil the beef beforehand. For the meat to become soft, it takes about 2 hours to cook it. Hard-boiled eggs. It is better to take apples without a pronounced taste and aroma, not too sweet and not sour, dense (for example, Ligol varieties)
Cut the boiled beef into small pieces.
Cut the skins from the apples. Peel the boiled eggs from the shell.
Since the salad will be laid out in layers, you will need a special ring for the salad. Place it on a flat dish.
Cut the apples into bars or straws.
Put one chopped apple on a plate in the first layer.
Grease the apple layer with mayonnaise.
Put the chopped beef in a second layer.
Also grease a layer of beef with mayonnaise.
Put the second chopped apple in a third layer.
