Soft cheese fruit salad

Soft cheese - 60 g, Arugula - 40 g, Oranges - 2 pcs., Cherries - 12 pcs., Pine nuts - 1 tbsp., Orange juice - 1 tbsp., Lemon juice - 1 tsp., Vegetable oil - 1 tsp., Salt - to taste, Ground pepper mixture - to taste
Prepare products. Rinse the fruit and salad.
Cut cherries in half, remove bones. Clean the oranges, cut out the wedges with a thin knife, freeing them from the membranes.
Put an arugula leaf, orange wedges, cherries and cheese on the dish.
Cook the dressing, mixing orange and lemon juice in a pialka, add a little salt, stir, pour in the oil and stir again. Drizzle the salad with the dressing, do not mix, pepper slightly.
Sprinkle pine nuts on top/if desired, nuts can be lightly fried in a dry pan, I like them raw/. Pine nuts can be replaced with sesame seeds, but the taste will be different.
The salad is more beautiful to cook and serve in portions. Serve right away, but it's okay if it stays a little in the fridge. Enjoy your meal!
