Meat, game - 160 gr, Chicken eggs - 4 pcs., Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp., Pickles - 2 pcs., Carrots - 2 pcs., Potatoes - 2 pcs., Green peas - 100 gr., Pomegranate - 50 gr., Dill - to taste
We prepare products of room temperature for the preparation of a salad snack.
Cut the boiled chicken eggs in half and make the lettuce moulds by putting the yolks in a bowl.
Crush the yolks with a fork.
Cut boiled potatoes, carrots, pickles, smoked meat into small cubes.
Put the chopped vegetables and meat in a bowl to egg yolks, add green peas and mayonnaise.
Mix thoroughly until homogeneous.
We lay out the resulting salad in portions in molds.
We decorate each portion of the salad with dill sprigs, pomegranate grains and carrot stars.
