Cut off the head and tail of the fish, then cut the abdomen, free from the insides and black film - it is mustard. Cut the carcass into portions.

Add the onion and mustard sauce to the mackerel, mix. Leave the fish to marinate for 20-30 minutes (longer as possible).

Bake the dish at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
