My fish well, worn, remove the black film on the abdomen

We pour a little lemon juice on the fish, in this recipe it is not necessary, but preferably

Sprinkle with a mixture of peppers and rub the fish well from all sides

Put baking paper on the baking sheet and evenly distribute a thin layer of salt. In this case, we need paper so that the baking sheet remains clean and the fish is more convenient to serve on the table

We distribute the rest of the salt evenly so that it completely covers our fish, the head and tail can be left without salt shell. Don't worry that the fish will turn out too salty - it will take exactly as much salt as it needs

Around the salt shell, we put large pieces of lemon, from which juice was squeezed out - in the process of baking, it will become an excellent natural flavor for fish

Bake for 50-60 minutes at 160 degrees

During this time, the fish will be completely baked, and salt will turn into stone

Gently break the salt shell with a hammer or hatchet

We remove the remains of salt and try, it's not scary if the skin remains on the salt shell. I assure you, this is delicious!
