Chum salmon - 280 g, Onions - 0.5 pcs., Onions - 0.5 pcs., Lemons - 1 pc., Cucumbers - 1 pc., Avocado - 0.5 pcs., Ready-made tartlets - 7 pcs., Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp, Eggs - 2 pcs, Processed cheese - 1 tbsp, Olives - to taste, Ginger - to taste, Ground black pepper - to taste, Dill - to taste, Parsley - to taste
To prepare snacks, remove the skin from the fish and remove the bones.
Cut the onions of two types into half rings as thin as possible, transfer to a bowl and mix well.
To prepare the first type of snack, cut the fish into large pieces.
Add the fish to the bowl with the onions, a little with black pepper for taste and aroma.
Add vegetable oil.
We put it in a plate well mixed.
To prepare the second type of snack, cut the avocado.
We lay out half of the fruit on a plate and knead well with a fork.
Cut fish into small cubes.
Finely chop the dill greens.
Add fish to the plate to the avocado.
Add dill and mix.
After mixing well until smooth, fill the tartlets, decorate with ginger and put them on a plate.
To prepare the third type of snack, take a piece of fish and cut into plates.
Put a thinly cut slice of lemon on a fish plate and wrap it in a roll.
On the next fish plate, lay out a ginger plate and wrap it in a roll.
Secure the rolls with a toothpick and put them on a plate.
To prepare the fourth type of canape snacks, cut the cucumber into large bars of which we make squares.
We cut lemon wedges quite coarsely, from which we make peculiar squares equal to cucumber.
Cut the fish into equal-sized cubes, put it on a plate and cut it with vegetable oil.
We begin to collect canapés from our skewer cubes - cucumber, fish, olive, lemon, ginger. For canapés, we use cucumber as a stand. Add a plate of canapés to a common dish of snacks.
To prepare the fifth type of snacks, take fish and cut into small pieces.
Very finely chop dill greens.
We rub two boiled eggs on a fine grater, to which we add 1 tbsp. processed cheese.
Put fish in a plate to eggs with cheese.
Mix well until smooth.
We form balls, some of which are rolled in dill greens, others are decorated with parsley and laid out on a plate.
Mix the remaining fish with ginger plates and put on a plate. Where ginger and red fish are - there is always success!
