How to make a fish roll in the oven with cheese and vegetables? Prepare the necessary products. First, it is better to cook the filling. The proportions of vegetables can be changed according to their preference. Any cheese will work: melted, hard or mozzarella.
Wash the pre-peeled carrots, cut into small cubes.
Peel the onions, wash, cut into the same small cubes.
Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds and stalk. The shape of the pepper cut is similar to other vegetables - small cubes.
In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, fry the chopped carrots for 7-10 minutes.
Add the onions to the pan, cook the vegetables for a further 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. If necessary, pour a couple of spoons of water.
Put chopped sweet peppers to the vegetables, mix. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Salt the vegetables a little. Pour in the spices and seasonings, mix. I have basil and paprika. Remove the vegetables from the heat, cool. To cool the filling faster, transfer the vegetables to a plate.
You can take any fish: white or red. I have pre-prepared salmon fillets. Fish must be thawed at room temperature or in the refrigerator, thoroughly washed, dried. Cut off the head and tail, remove the skin and all bones. Or take a ready-made fillet. In this case, after defrosting, it needs to be squeezed out a little from excess moisture.
Cut the fish fillet into medium pieces, put in a blender. Add the pre-peeled and randomly chopped onions. Grind the fish and onions until minced.
Put the minced meat with onions in a suitable container, drive in the egg, salt. Mix well. You can use any spice to taste.
On a cling film, distribute the minced meat in the form of a rectangular layer 1-1. 5 cm thick. Level the surface.
Wash the parsley, dry, chop finely. Dill is also suitable.
Sprinkle the green over the fish seam.
Put the vegetable filling evenly on top, a little before reaching the edges of the seam.
Cut the olives into rings, distribute over the vegetables.
Grate the cheese over a coarse grater.
Sprinkle the filling over the top with grated cheese.
Use cling film to roll up the dense roll.
I baked a roll on foil greased with vegetable oil. When transferring the roll to a baking sheet, carefully release it from the cling film. Brush the roll with a thin layer of vegetable oil on top.
Bake the fish roll in a pre-preheated 180S oven for 30 minutes until cooked through. Focus on the features of your oven and, based on this, adjust the baking time.
Cut the finished roll into portions and serve. Enjoy your meal!
