Crab sticks - 200 g, Eggs - 3 pcs., Hard cheese - 80 g, Garlic - 1 tooth., Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp., Parsley - to taste, Ground black pepper - to taste
How do you make crab stick rolls on the festive table? Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Hard-boiled eggs. To do this, put them in a suitable container, fill with cold water and put them on a medium heat. Let the water sit down a little, thanks to this, the shell will maintain its integrity. Cook the eggs for about 9-10 minutes after the water has boiled. Pour the ready-made eggs with cold water. It is better to clean the shell from a sharp temperature drop. Separate the proteins from the yolks and rub them separately on a medium grater.
Grate the cheese as well.
Peel the garlic and pass through the press.
Wash the parsley, dry and chop finely.
In a salad bowl, combine grated whites, one grated yolk, cheese, garlic and parsley.
Fill with mayonnaise.
Pepper to taste and mix.
Carefully deploy crab sticks, trying not to tear. If the sticks do not unfold well, you can lower them for a few seconds in hot water or hold them over the steam.
Place a little filling on each unfolded stick and spread evenly over the entire surface.
Gently roll the sticks back into the tubes with the filling inside.
Place the finished sticks on a dish and garnish with the remaining yolks and sprigs of parsley.
Put the crab sticks in the fridge for 20-30 minutes, then serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
