How to make a pita roll with minced meat in the oven? Prepare the necessary products. Minced meat can be used in any (pork, beef, chicken). I have mixed (pork and beef).
Peel, wash, grate the onions.
Combine the minced meat with one egg prepared with the bulb onions. Salt, add the black ground pepper, mix well. Spices can be taken at will and taste.
Whisk the second egg in a small bowl with a fork until smooth.
Brush the pita bread leaf with a culinary brush with a beaten egg. I have a pita size of 40 * 50 cm.
Cover with a second sheet of pita bread so that the roll is stronger and does not spread from the juiciness of the filling during baking. Also brush the second pita leaf with an egg. This must be done faster, as the edges of the pita quickly dry out.
Spread the minced meat evenly on the surface of the pita.
Roll the pita over the length into a tight roll.
Cut the roll across into 2 parts, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. You can bake a roll in a baking tin. Brush the roll on top with the beaten egg.
