How to make a roll of lard with hide? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Choose lard with skins. It is best to take such a piece that there is a small layer of meat. If you have lard without a layer, then you can add meat separately. Simply slice the meat into pieces and wrap in a roll along with the spices. Spices choose any to taste. I used ground black pepper and paprika. Wash the lard, clean the skin and dry well with paper towels.
20 minutes before the end of baking, you can unfold the foil and leave the lard to bake further. Thanks to this, excess moisture will leave the roll, and it will dry up a little. Cool the finished roll, remove the threads from it and put it in the refrigerator so that the roll freezes. To serve, cut the roll into portions and place on a plate. Enjoy your meal!
