Turkey roll with spinach and nuts
8 servings2 hours
Turkey hip - 1.5 kg, Spinach - 150 grams, Walnuts - 50 grams, Bell pepper - 0.5 pcs., Paprika - to taste, Salt - to taste, Ground black pepper - to taste, Thyme, thyme - to taste, Basil - to taste
Whatever we need. This roll will require a turkey hip - carefully cut out the bone (or buy a filamented hip).
We beat off the meat well. Salt, pepper to taste, sprinkle with ground paprika. In principle, spices you can add any you like. We leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Dry the nuts in a frying pan, cut half of the pepper with large straws.
We take a large bunch of spinach (in grams I wrote approximately), scalding with boiling water in a colander, letting the water drain. Then we interrupt with a blender, slightly squeeze. We knead the nuts a little with a rolling pin, you don't need it in small crumbs.
Spinach is distributed over the entire surface of meat.
Top with nuts.
Spread basil leaves on one edge of the meat and pepper on top.
Carefully roll up the roll and tie with a dense thread.
Wrap in two layers of foil, transferring thyme with sprigs. Send to the oven heated to 180 degrees for 1. 5 hours.
Then we take out the roll, open the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden. Let us cool down completely.
We cut it and enjoy it!)
