How to make mince roll with cheese in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Minced meat can be used from any type of meat. It could be pork, chicken, beef or veal. I take minced pork and beef. Mushrooms, can also be any. You can take fresh champignons or, like mine, boiled wild mushrooms.
Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and finely chop. Pour some vegetable oil into a hot pan and fry the chopped onions for a minute to make them clearer.
Then add the chopped mushrooms to the pan to the onion and fry them with the onions for a further 3-5 minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat and stir in the crushed greens. In hot mushrooms, she will immediately give away her aroma.
In the bowl, combine both types of mince. Add the egg. Sprinkle a little salt and spice. Mix everything well.
Distribute the prepared minced meat in an even thin layer on a sheet of foil. Try to make a rectangle out of minced meat.
Put the mushroom filling on the mince and sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
Using foil, taking it from two sides, connect everything in a roll so that the minced meat joins on top. Wrap tightly in foil. Place in a metal tin and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30 minutes.
Then cut the foil and leave the roll in the oven for another 10-15 minutes so that it slightly props on top. Remove the finished roll from the oven, cool a little and serve to the table. Nice treat!
