Stuffed chicken fillet fingers
8 servings50 min
Chicken fillet - 700 grams, Hard cheese - 150 grams, Ham - 100 grams, Chicken eggs - 1 piece, Garlic - 3 teeth, Sour cream - 150 grams, Water - 150 ml, Onions - 1 piece, Vegetable oil - 2 tables, Herb mixture - 0.5 grams, Salt - to taste, Ground black pepper - to taste

Necessary ingredients

Fillet mine and cut with small plates

We beat off on both sides - not much, so as not to damage the structure of meat

We pepper

Sprinkle with your favorite spices - I chose Provence herbs

We salt

For filling three ham

Boiled egg

Hard cheese three, half put the filling, leave the rest for now

We pass garlic through the press

We mix - and our filling is ready

Put a little filling on the edge of the prepared piece of fillet

We twist it with a roll, I didn't hold it together in addition, everything keeps going

Fry in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes

We turn over and fry on the other side - we need this procedure so that the roll grabs and does not spin up during the baking process

We shift it into a deep baking dish - today I have an old cast-iron pan. Such dishes in it are especially tasty

We dilute sour cream with water

Onion cut into thin rings

Sprinkle onions on your fingers, and pour sour cream with water on top

Sprinkle with the remaining cheese on top

Bake at 180-200 degrees for 30 minutes

Enjoy your meal!
