Vegetable roll of zucchini and cheese

Zucchini - 2 pcs., Chicken eggs - 3 pcs., Wheat flour - 4 tbsp, baking powder - 1 tsp, Salt - 1 tbsp, Greens - to taste, Pepper - 0.5 tea liters, Carrots - 2 pcs., Mushrooms - 400 gr, Onions - 1 pc., Hard cheese - 50 gr, Butter - 50 gr, Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp, Sour cream - 1 tbsp, Dry spices - to taste
Prepared the necessary products for the preparation of courgette roll. Fried onions, carrots, mushrooms in a frying pan in advance. The cooled filling was transferred to a separate plate.
I rub cheese on a fine grater.
I rub squash on a large grater.
Salt and let stand for 10 minutes to separate the juice. I drain this juice.
To the squeezed courgette, I add chicken eggs, cut greens.
Flour, baking powder, spices.
I mix everything into a homogeneous mass.
I put the finished mass on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat, and evenly distribute everything. I put it in the preheated oven to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, depending on the oven. I bake until golden.
I take out the courgette cake from the oven, lay out the filling from carrots, onions and mushrooms. Sprinkle with grated cheese (I leave some cheese to decorate the roll).
I turn into a roll.
On top, grease the roll with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Again put in the oven for 5-7 minutes to form a golden crust.
I take the roll out of the oven, let it cool completely.
I cut it and serve it to the table. Enjoy your meal!!!
