Crab sticks - 400 gr, Cottage cheese - 200 gr, Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp, Dill - 1 gr
Clean the crab sticks from the wrappers. If they have not been thawed in advance, transferring them from the freezer to the refrigerator overnight, then simply place them in a container with high sides and pour boiling water. After a few minutes, drain the water, which has become warm, and fill the boiling water again.
A small cunning crab sticks spin well only after they have been in boiling water for about 5 minutes and become soft. Without steaming, you will not be able to properly unfold them - it will tear in places of bending. Take out the sticks one at a time and unwrap on the board. Spread the filling on the inside edge using a teaspoon and roll back, lightly pinning the crab meat to the filling. The crab stick will grow significantly in width!
