Chicken breasts - 600 grams, Gelatin - 25 grams, Garlic - 3 teeth, Dry spices - 2 tea liters, Table salt - 0.5 tea liters, Basil - 20 grams, Dill - 20 grams, Parsley - 20 grams
To make marble roll, take chicken breast, gelatin, spices and salt, dill and garlic. We will also need a casserole bag. We will prepare the proportions of the listed products according to the list.
Cut the chicken breast into medium cubes.
Dill and garlic cloves cut finely.
Fold the chopped chicken meat into a bowl, pour gelatin, salt and spices, crushed garlic and dill into it, mix everything well.
Put the roll mass in a roasting bag.
We tie the bag with mass for roll tightly, so that you can form a sausage from the mass.
We put the tied bag in an oblong baking dish.
We put the form in a hot oven and bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
After 50 minutes, we take the tin out of the oven and let the roll cool a little.
Then transfer the bag to a long dish and leave at room temperature until cooled for another 20-30 minutes.
Next, we need to shape and fix the roll. To do this, you can either wrap the film on top of the bag and drag it with threads, or you can wrap the bag with the mass in a hard cloth for sushi, as in the photo.
In this form, we place the roll in the refrigerator at night so that it freezes well.
We release the finished roll from the bag, it is quite dense and ready for use.
