How to make pita bread with crab sticks, egg and mayonnaise? A very simple and quick snack. First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Take lavash long, preferably with one leaf. Eggs need large selection. If the eggs are small, take 3-4 pieces. It is better to get pita bread from the package after preparing all the ingredients, just before forming the roll. Because pita bread in open form dries very quickly, cracks and breaks.
Expand the pita bread sheet on the desktop and brush evenly with mayonnaise. I put the mayonnaise in a pastry bag and cut off the tip. This is more convenient than a spoon, especially when you have to water a layer of crab sticks. For a sharper taste, you can add 1-2 cloves of garlic passed through the press to mayonnaise.

Grate crab sticks on a coarse grater. To make crab sticks more convenient to rub, put them in the freezer for 30 minutes.
