Pork with onions and carrots

Rabbit - 1 kg, Onions - 2 pcs., Carrots - 1 pc., Dry spices - 1.5 tea liters, Bay leaf - 2 pcs., Vegetable oil - 1 table, Table salt - 1 tea liter, Water - 2 pack.
We prepare all products. Cut the carrots into small pieces.
Also cut onions into small cubes.
Put the carrots and onions in a frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil and languish on a low heat for 5-7 minutes.
Cut rabbit fillet or any other meat into large cubes.
Now we put the chopped meat in the duckling pan, lay out onions and carrots, salt from the pan, add spices and bay leaves, pour water and mix.
We put the filled duckling on a strong fire and let it boil, after which we reduce the fire.
Cover the duckling and simmer pork with onions and carrots for 2 hours. During braising, lift the lid a couple of times and mix the meat with vegetables.
We serve stew hot on the table.
