Potatoes - 1 kg, Butter - 2 tbsp, Milk - 300 ml, Champignons - 300 grams, Garlic - 2 teeth, Vegetable oil - 20 grams, Salt - to taste, Ground black pepper - to taste
Fold the peeled potatoes into a cooking pan. If the potatoes are large, then they can be cut into 2-3 parts. So it will cook faster. Fill potatoes with water so that they are completely immersed in it. Place the pan on a heat and bring to a boil. Cook the potatoes over a low heat for 20-30 minutes. Potatoes should become soft.
While the potatoes are cooking, do the preparation of mushrooms. Mushrooms can be taken at your discretion. I have fresh champignons. Rinse the champignons thoroughly in running water. Then cut the mushrooms into large slices. Pour some vegetable oil into a hot pan and place the chopped mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
During frying, mushrooms will decrease in size and a little moisture will appear from them. It will partially evaporate. Add garlic passed through the press to the mushrooms. Add salt and ground pepper to taste. Warm everything together for another couple of minutes and remove from the heat so that the mushrooms do not dry out.
