But in principle, it is so small that, in fact, the drink will turn out to be completely harmless. However, thanks to the bones, the drink will acquire a pleasant almond taste. How to make cherry liquor at home? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. Liqueur differs from other spirits in that it is sweeter and is made based on berries or fruits with added sugar. Cherries can be used fresh or frozen. Vodka for such drinks must be used of extremely high quality.
Pour cold water into a saucepan or cup and place on heat. Pour sugar into the pan and stir to dissolve. Add the cherries to the sugar syrup. Boil the cherries in the syrup over a medium heat for about 10 minutes from the moment they boil, then turn off the heat and leave the cherries to cool.
Pour the cherries along with the syrup into a glass jar. Pour vodka into a jar of cherries.
Cover the jar with a capron lid and place in a dark place for two weeks.
After the specified time, strain the resulting drink through gauze folded into several layers. Pour the liqueur over the prepared clean bottles. Let it cool well in the fridge and serve to the table. Surprise guests with fragrant and tasty homemade cherry liqueur!
