Cottage cheese - 300 gr, Cooked condensed milk - 250 gr, Cream - 150 gr, Walnuts - 100 gr, Shortbread cookies - 100 gr
Shred the cookies and nuts together into crumbs.
Mix cottage cheese and cooked condensed milk into a homogeneous mass.
Beat the cream into a good stable foam.
Combine with cottage cheese and mix.
Pour crumbs of nuts and cookies here. Again, gently mix everything.
Put the finished mass in a mold, cover with film and put in the refrigerator until the next day.
