Any bean can be taken. You can soak it overnight (or for 3 hours), then it will cook faster. They didn't soak - it doesn't matter, we put it to cook like that. Beans are placed in cold water and put on a stove. They salt at the very end of cooking and insist a little. Immediately salted legumes remain wooden and not so tasty. If ready, drain the water and cool the beans.

Boil the eggs. It is also better to put them in cold water and add a spoon of salt, even a burst egg will not leak with it. after boiling, the eggs are boiled hard for 8 minutes. After that, you need to fill the eggs with cold water and prick the shell - the water will fall under the shell, and you will easily clean the eggs, no matter how fresh they are.

Clean and grind the nuts. Leave a couple to serve.

Put the beans in a convenient bowl, chop the egg whites against it.

Add nuts and a little salt.

In another bowl, grind the egg yolks (very convenient with a fork), chop the greens here (leave a few leaves to serve), add mayonnaise, finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper.

Mix everything well.

To serve, put the salad in salad bowls, put the dressing on top. Decorate.
