Cherry - 1.5 kg, Cinnamon - 3 g, Alcohol - 2 l, Honey - 3 tbsp.
Wash the cherries well in running water, dry with napkins or paper towels. Peel each cherry from the bone. You can do this with a paper clip, pin, plastic juice tube (only if it is not made of soft plastic) or a wooden skewer. Take a three-litre jar, wash thoroughly, dry and transfer the pitted cherries with the juice leaking from the cherries into it. My bank was half full.
Pour the alcohol into a can of cherries, stir, close tightly with a lid and place in a dark cool place for 10 days. About once every two days, shake the jar or open the lid and stir the contents. If you do not have alcohol, then you can replace it with moonshine or good, high-quality vodka. In this case, the starting product will have a smaller strength.
