But chocolate lovers are sure to appreciate the flavour of a cocoa-infused milkshake and grated milk chocolate. At the same time, it is preparing no longer and no more difficult. If you have a simple cream ice cream at hand, you can add a pinch of vanillin. For a tastier drink, glasses in which the milkshake will be served to the table better cooled in the freezer, for this we put them for a couple of hours in the freezer. We will also make the drink from chilled milk so that it does not quickly melt ice cream. We pour milk into the bowl, add a teaspoon of soluble cocoa (which does not require cooking), beat with a blender. We add vanilla ice cream to the milk, it is better to remove it from the freezer 15 minutes before cooking, so that it is slightly soft, you can use ice cream on cream, it is always soft. Once again, beat the milk with ice cream with a blender. For those who like desserts and drinks, you can add a little sugar, although ice cream gives enough milkshake sweetness. We rub milk chocolate on a fine grater. We pour the drink into glasses. Sprinkle the milkshake over the top with chocolate chips. We serve the drink immediately to the table.
