Oranges - 3 pcs., Carnation - 25 pcs., Vodka - 500 ml, Water - 250 ml, Sugar - 200 g
Prepare all the ingredients. In a small saucepan, shift sugar, water and cloves, put on a heat and bring to a boil.
Cook the sugar-clove liqueur for 15 minutes after boiling, remove from the heat and allow to cool a little. Place the oranges in a colander, scald with boiling water and wipe dry.
Using a knife or vegetable peeler, remove the zest from the oranges. Place the zest in sugar-clove syrup. Cut the oranges in half and squeeze the juice into the syrup. Mix everything well and pour vodka. Leave the liquor to infuse for 1 day, stir every 2-3 hours if possible.
After a day, strain the liquor through a sieve and pour into a carafe to serve. From this amount of ingredients, 700 ml of aromatic liquor is obtained.
