Beef - 400 gr, Tomatoes - 4 pcs., Bell pepper - 2 pcs., Onions - 1 pc., Parsley - to taste, Dill - to taste, Olive oil - 4 tbsp., Soy sauce - 2 tbsp., Vinegar - 1 tea., Garlic - 4 teeth., Black ground pepper - to taste, Salt - to taste
How to cook beef? Boil the water in a saucepan, salt it. Lower a piece of beef, cleaned of veins and excess fat, into boiling water. Cook the meat with a low simmer over a low heat, removing the foam if necessary. The cooking time depends on the quality of the meat and on what part of the carcass the piece is taken. Mine was cooked for about an hour. Check your readiness with a sharp knife - he should freely pierce a piece. Remove the meat from the stock and cool. Cut the meat into small straws.
On the festive table, you can make such a salad serve as in the photo: put lettuce sheets on the dish, then - a layer of tomato on the edge, in the middle - salad pepper, and on top - seasoned meat mixed with onions. Pour the whole salad over the top with the leftover dressing. And the second, family version of the serve - mix all the vegetables with meat and dressing - and that's it! Enjoy your meal!
