Trout - 1 pc., Ground black pepper - to taste, Lemons - 1 pc.
Clear rainbow trout from scales. Wash.
Cut along. Free the fish from the ridge and small bones.
Place the fish on a baking sheet, skin down.
Pour lemon juice over the trout. Pepper it.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 9-10 minutes.
Cut the fish into portions and serve with a piece of lemon.
