Baked fish with pineapples

Prepare all the ingredients. If the fish are whole, clean it and prepare the fillet. Grate cheese and carrots. Pineapple, if in circles, cut each into 8 parts. Cut the tomatoes into circles. Brush the roasting pomou with vegetable oil. Divide the fish fillet into portions and place on the greased bottom of the mold. Salt the fish. Put carrots on top of the fish, a layer of tomatoes on it in circles. Put the cut pineapples on the tomatoes in an even layer. Then whisk the eggs, add the cheese and sour cream. Stir and fill the fish with this mixture. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the tin with foil, make a couple of punctures in the foil and send to the oven for 25 minutes. Then another 10 minutes without foil. The fish is ready, decorate and serve the dish hot. Enjoy your meal!
