1. We prepare the fish, for which my first thing (and if necessary, we cut and clean it), dry it slightly with paper towels and put it on the cutting board. Cut the fish into portions, put them in a suitable capacity.

2. Next, we prepare the rest of the products. Clean the onions from husks, rinse with cold water, dry with paper towels and cut into thin rings. Transfer the chopped onions into a medium-sized bowl, pour spices suitable for fish, as well as black ground peppers of fresh grinding, salt and add mayonnaise (two thirds). All are agitated.

3. We lay out onions with spices for fish, mix well and put them in the refrigerator for an hour so that the fish marinate.

4. Time has passed - we take the fish out of the refrigerator and marinade and put it in a baking dish, greased with a little vegetable oil. We pour marinade over the fish, lay out the onions on fish pieces.

5. My tomatoes, dry and cut into circles or halves (quarters) of circles depending on the size of the tomatoes. Put tomatoes on pieces of fish. My bell pepper, cut out the stalk, remove the seeds, dry with a paper towel, then cut the pepper into small cubes. Spread the chopped peppers over the tomatoes. We make a net from the remaining mayonnaise over each piece of fish.

6. Three on the grater cheese and sprinkle each piece with them, put shrimp on top (optional) .

7. We put the tin with fish in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25 minutes. We serve the fish to the hot table! It's delicious! Good appetite!
