1. We cook them in small portions in boiling salted water. As soon as gnocchi pop up - they are ready. Carefully catch them with a spoon and transfer them to the prepared dish. Pour the finished gnocchi over the melted butter and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Serve with finely chopped herbs and cherry tomatoes. If desired, you can pour more sour cream.
