Heck in the oven baked with vegetables

1. Peel the onions and carrots. Cut the onions into half rings and grate the carrots over a coarse grater. Stir the onions with the carrot.
2. Put the sugar, ground coriander and black ground pepper in a small dish. Mix.
3. Cut the fish into large pieces (carcass on the 2-3 part) and rub with the spice mixture from the previous step.
4. Wash the tomato and cut into rings, or half rings, if you have one large tomato.
5. Cut the lemon into half rings and put a slice of lemon in each piece of fish. If the fish tail - cut it so that the lemon fits.
6. Put the onion with the carrots in an even layer in the baking dish. Place slices of tomato around the perimeter, and fish in the center on a vegetable pillow.
7. Grate the cheese over a coarse grater, finely chop the greens. Fill the fish with cheese, and top with herbs. Wrap the foil tin.
8. Place the tin in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Serve with potatoes or as a stand-alone dish. Nice!
