Pink salmon with tomatoes and onions in foil in the oven
2 servings1 hour 20 min
Pink salmon - 300 gr, Tomatoes - 100 gr, Onions - 70 gr, Bell peppers - 70 gr, Parmesan - 35 gr, Butter - 20 gr, Vegetable oil - 1 tea liter, Lemon juice - 10 ml, Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste, Ground black pepper - to taste
If you have a whole fish, defrost it, gut it, separate the head, tail, ridge, fins and clear the scales.
We will promote the carcass and divide it into pieces.
While the oven is basking (up to 190 degrees) and while we are preparing vegetables, let the pieces be marinated in spices and lemon juice (slightly drizzle, you can put thin pieces of lemon at will).
Turn on the gas and put the pan. Cut the peeled and washed onions with rings or half rings.
Pepper, peeled from seeds and stalks, braise and slash with straws.
If the pan has warmed, pour vegetable oil and deal with tomatoes - you just need to rinse them and, having dried, cut them not thickly or thinly into rings.
Has the oil warmed up? Fry onions until clear.
In a form lubricated with butter (on a baking sheet), put pieces of pink salmon and cover them with fried onions.
Then we will arrange the tomatoes into each piece. We wash them with mayonnaise and put straws of pepper on all this. We season well with salt and spices on top - the juice from the peppers will perfectly reach the fish.
Natrem parmesan (or other hard cheese) on a coarse grater.
Cover the shape with foil, and you can bake. 10 minutes before turning off the oven, we will put the contents of the mold on top with cheese and send it to the oven again for 5-10 minutes. We take it out and lay it out on plates!
