How to make a pouring cake with plums on kefir? The recipe is very simple, and the result is wonderful. First, prepare all the necessary ingredients on the list. Take the top grade flour. Kefir with a fat content of 3. 2%. The oil is preferably odorless refined sunflower, because olive oil can give the pie unnecessary mustard. Eggs need large selection. If the eggs are small, take one more.

Prepare the plums first. Wash them, cut them in half and remove the bones. then you can leave the plums in the form of halves, like me or cut them into thinner slices. Here you already decide for yourself how you like it better. The variety of plums can be very different, from red plums, like mine, to prunes. The main thing is that they are dense enough and do not spread when baking.

Now make the dough. Combine the chicken eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar and whisk with a mixer until fluffy. The mass should increase in size by 3-4 times and shine.

Pour in room temperature kefir, sunflower oil. Whisk everything again. The mass will liquefy a lot, but it should be so.

Sift the flour and pour into the dough in parts, stirring the mixture with a low-speed mixer or whisk until smooth. Flour may be needed more or less depending on the size of the eggs, the moisture content of the kefir and the quality of the flour itself. Therefore, focus on consistency: the dough should be thick, but fluid.

At the very end, pour in the baking powder and stir the dough again.

Put the dough in a parchment-lined and butter-greased tin (I have a diameter of 24cm). Spread the plums on top. Bake the cake in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 ° C. The surface of the pie will rise and brown slightly. Determine the exact time and temperature of baking by your oven.

Remove the finished pie from the mold, sprinkle with icing sugar if desired, cut into pieces and serve. Enjoy your meal!
