9. Transfer the dough to the tin. 10. Place the future cake tin in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. The pie should become appetisingly golden and ruddy. Check readiness with a wooden stick. If it remains dry when piercing the pie, it is ready. The pie is particularly tasty when hot.
