Kefir - 200 ml, Flour - 200 gr, Eggs - 2 pcs., Food soda - 1 tea liter, Salt - to taste, Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp., Salt - to taste, Minced chicken - 300 gr., Onions - 3 pcs., Dill - 10 gr., Ground black pepper - to taste
Prepare the necessary ingredients for the dough. Remove the kefir from the refrigerator in advance. Choose kefir sour. If it is not sour enough, then the soda added to the dough may not fully react with it and will give the finished pie an unpleasant soda flavor. If there is no sour kefir, then add 2-3 drops of lemon juice. Kefir should be at room temperature. Drive the eggs into a deep bowl, pour in the salt and whisk everything.
Pour kefir, vegetable oil into the beaten eggs and mix everything with a whisk. Mix soda and flour and sift into a separate clean container. If there is time, then it is better to do this 2-3 times so that the soda is distributed evenly in the flour. Note that soda reacts with an acidic environment, in our case kefir.
Prepare a baking tin - I have a round one with a diameter of 16. 5 centimeters. The smaller the diameter of the shape, the more magnificent and higher the baking will be. The form must be covered with parchment or foil and greased with vegetable oil. After that, the mold must be heated in the oven, then the oil will warm up and the pie will definitely not stick. You can not cover with anything, but simply lubricate the mold itself with oil. Pour in half the dough.
Bake the poured mince pie in the oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Time and temperature are indicated approximately, focus on the features of your technique. When the pie is browned, pierce it with a wooden skewer in the middle: if the dough does not stick to the skewer, then the pie is baked. Remove the finished product from the oven, cool a little and remove from the mold. Enjoy your meal!
