Eggs - 2 pcs., Sugar - 2 tbsp., Jam - 4 tbsp., Baking soda - 2 tsp., Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp., Tea - 1 tbsp., Wheat flour - 3 tbsp.
Prepare the ingredients. Brew a glass of strong tea - it should be hot.
Take a bowl, put jam, eggs, sugar. Mix.
Next, add soda, vegetable oil and slightly cooled brews. Mix again.
Then add the sifted flour. Mix again. NOTE: For convenience, I stir after each glass of flour.
Take the shape (very good if it is detachable), grease the rast. oil and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Then pour the dough into the tin and send to the oven to bake at 180 gr. for 30-40 minutes.
Take the finished pie out of the oven, separate the edges of the tin (if split), and immediately transfer the pie from the tin to the dish. NOTE: Check the pie readiness with a toothpick only in the middle!
