Wheat flour - 200 g, Butter - 125 g, Sugar - 75 g, Cocoa powder - 15 g, Cottage cheese - 350 g, Sour cream - 50 g, Eggs - 2 pcs., Sugar - 100 g, Vanilla sugar - 10 g, Wheat flour - 1.5 tbl.

Sift the flour into a bowl and grind the oil there (you can cut into pieces, cubes, or you can grate on a coarse grater).
We rub our fingers into large crumbs.
Add sugar and sift through cocoa. We grind to a uniform and cold crumb.
put the dough in the refrigerator.
Ingredients for filling.
Put the cottage cheese with sour cream in a bowl and mix and rub with a mash press.
Add eggs. We rub it.
Add sugar.
Sieve the flour and stir the cream and tender filling until homogeneous.
Ready-made dough and filling.
We put half of the dough in the mold, on top - all the filling.
Then the rest is dough and a little compacted. The diameter of the mold is 22 cm, the height is 4 cm.
Oven at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
