Blueberry sand pie with blueberries and sour cream

How to make a pie with blueberries and sour cream? First, let's prepare the dough.

Pour flour, powdered sugar and a pinch of salt into the combine bowl. Add the cold butter chopped into pieces.

Grind everything into crumbs.

Add egg yolk to the oil crumb, mix. If the crumb is too dry, add 1 tbsp. cold water and mix again (I did not add water).

We collect oil crumbs into a lump (you don't need to mix the dough! just assemble into a single whole, do everything quickly so that the oil does not begin to melt). Since it is hot outside now, we send the dough to the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, we roll the dough into a layer about 3 mm thick and put it in a mold, heat the dough with a fork and send it back to the refrigerator for 25-30 minutes.

We take out the cooled dough from the refrigerator, put a sheet of baking paper or foil on top, fill the cargo (beans, peas) and send it to the oven heated to 180 C for 15 minutes, after 15 minutes we remove the paper with the cargo and finish the basket for another 10 minutes.

Ingredients for filling.

Mix sour cream (15% fat) with powdered sugar, vanilla tincture and eggs.

Add starch, mix everything.

Pour blueberries into a sand basket.

Fill blueberries with sour cream.

And bake in the oven preheated to 180 C (turn it on 10-20 minutes before baking starts) for 20-25 minutes, the filling should grab. Let the pie cool and serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
