I offer you a recipe for a very tasty fish pie - fish pie with halibut and rice. We start cooking. Peel the zucchini, rinse and pass through the grater, then add seasonings to taste. After that, melt margarine and add it to the zucchini. Pour sour cream and beaten egg into the same dish, mix all these ingredients thoroughly. Then we sift flour into another dish, add salt, soda, sugar to it and combine it with zucchini, mix it out again carefully. The dough for this culinary recipe should be a little thicker than on the fritters. We leave the finished dough for half an hour, or even 40 minutes. Then boil the rice in salted water. Add peeled, washed and skipped carrots to the rice. When rice is cooked, add butter. After that, we rinse the halibut, cut into small pieces, salt and add seasoning to taste. Then grease the mold with vegetable oil and sprinkle crumbs on top. Put the 2/3 part of the dough in a mold, level with a hand lubricated with vegetable oil, lubricate with a beaten egg on top. We break one egg into the finished rice, mix it well and put it on the dough. We lay out pieces of fish lubricated with egg on top of the rice. Add the remaining dough on top and grease with egg. Preheat the oven to 200-220 degrees, put our food there and bake until completely ready. Halibut pie is ready! Enjoy your meal!
