We pour parts of sifted flour. Flour must be sifted to make the dough more airy. We mix the dough, first with a spoon in a bowl, when it becomes thick enough, we continue to knead on the surface sprinkled with flour. Flour may need a little more, a little less, depends on the quality of the product.
The dough should turn out in consistency not very tight and not liquid, stick slightly to the hands. We put it back in a bowl, grease it on top with vegetable oil so that it does not cover with a dry crust, and put it in a warm place for half an hour, covering it with a towel. After the specified time, we knock it off and let it come up again.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. We take out the pie, let it cool a little and serve it to the table, with tea, coffee, cocoa or milk.
