Take 250 grams of flour, 250 grams of sugar, 180 ml of milk, 150 grams of butter, 10 grams of baking powder, 10 grams of vanilla sugar, 25 grams of cocoa, a pinch of salt.
Mix the flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder and sieve through a sieve. Then add the sugar, mix. This will be a dry base for the pie.
Melt butter 150gr, whisk eggs, add 150 ml of milk. Mix everything.
Gradually pour the liquid mixture into dry mix. You get a batter. Take 1/3 part of the dough, add 25 grams of cacao and 30 ml. Milk. Stir. It turns out dark dough.
Pour white and dark dough into the lubricated form alternately with a ladle until the dough is over. White dough should be more than dark.
Then apply a pattern to the surface of the pie with a thin wooden stick or toothpick, drawing lines. That's what I did. Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees 40-45 minutes
