Wheat flour - 160 g, Kefir - 200 g, Chicken eggs - 3 pcs., Sugar - 180 g, Baking powder - 2 tea liters, Chocolate - 50 g, Cherry - 200 g, Starch - 1 tea liter, Butter - 30 g, Powdered sugar - 10 g
Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy.
Add flour, baking powder.
Add kefir.
Mix everything.
Chop chocolate with a knife.
Peel the berry from the tails and seeds, add starch, mix.
Add chocolate to the dough, mix.
Put parchment on the bottom of the mold with a diameter of 22 cm, grease with oil.
Lay out the dough and lay out the berries on top.
Bake the cake in the oven for 45 minutes, at a temperature of 180 degrees. Ready to check with wooden skewer.
