Boiled or baked chicken is suitable for this pie. I use frozen mushrooms. Before using them, it is necessary to thaw and drain excess liquid.
So, let's start making the pie with the filling. Mushrooms thawed. Turn on the slow cooker in the frying mode and fry the mushrooms until brown. Do not forget to salt.
While the fungi are fried, clean the onion and grind it. We send onions to the slow cooker. The smell of fried mushrooms with onions attracts the whole family to the kitchen, which is exhausted in anticipation of a delicious dinner. They will have to suffer yet
Cut the chicken meat into small pieces. Add to onions and mushrooms. Fry the filling until ruddy. If necessary, add oils. When the filling is blush enough, lay it out not a dish.
Peel the potatoes, dry them, and cut them into straws. Fry in vegetable oil in a slow cooker. Salt. Put the finished potatoes on a separate dish.
It's time for a test. The water should be cold, I put a glass of water in the freezer while I do oil and flour.

And finally, we have come to the third stage - pouring. Nothing is difficult here, as in the first two stages. In general, gravy does not happen too much. You can safely double the amount of filling, it will be even tastier and juicier.
Mix sour cream with eggs until homogeneous. Salt.
We rub the cheese on a fine grater, and add it to the egg-sour cream mixture.
Put the dough in the bowl of the slow cooker, level it along the bottom, forming the sides. Best of all, if they are about 5 cm high. This is not a difficult activity, I am sure you will like it.
Put a fragrant filling of mushrooms, onions and chicken in the dough blank.
We put golden potatoes on top.

Bake in a slow cooker for an hour. Do not forget that the slow cookers are different for everyone, so if in an hour the pie is not ready, then we set it to bake for another half an hour. The finished pie should not have a liquid top.
