To make apple cake with frozen cranberries, you need to prepare the specified ingredients. Melt butter in a water bath or in a microwave in the & quot; defrost & quot; mode, cool. First remove the eggs from the refrigerator. The apple is medium-sized. Cranberries are pre-removed from the freezer.

Rinse cranberries, select garbage (if any) and leaves, leave at room temperature so that it defrosts. It is better to drain the released liquid.

Sieve the flour, enriching it with oxygen, to obtain air dough, mix in a separate dish with baking powder and vanillin, vanilla sugar can be used.

Break the eggs into deep dishes, pour in sugar and whisk everything together with a mixer or hand whisk (until foamed, about five minutes).

Add melted and cooled butter, milk, without stopping to beat. Pour in the dry ingredients and mix everything thoroughly. You get an elastic dough without lumps.

Cover the mold with baking paper. I use a detachable shape with a diameter of nineteen centimeters. Pour the dough into the mold, leveling with a spatula so that it fills the mold evenly.

Wash the apples and peel them. Cut out the core, cut into wedges and place in a circle, pressing slightly into the dough.

Spread the defrosted berry evenly on the pie. Sprinkle with sugar. Brown sugar can be used if desired.

Bake the apple cake with the frozen cranberries in the oven preheated to 180 g for 40 - 45 minutes. The pie is ready to be checked with a wooden skewer - if it comes out dry from the middle of the pie, then the pie is ready. When serving, sprinkle the finished cake (optional) with icing sugar.
