6 servings1 hour 10 min
Wheat flour - 300 g, Sugar - 250 g, Sour cream - 350 g, Butter - 100 g, Baking powder - 1 tea liter, Strawberry - 500 g, Eggs - 2 pcs., Sugar - 2 tbsp., Vanilla sugar - 2 tea liter, Sour cream - 2 tbsp., Flour - 3 tbsp.
How do I bake a cake of frozen strawberries in the oven? Choose thick sour cream, instead of baking powder, you can take soda. Pre-remove the butter from the fridge to soften. Defrost the strawberries well and remove excess juice or take fresh berries.
First, make the pie dough. Whisk together the sour cream, sugar and soft butter in a bowl until smooth.
Add the sifted flour with baking powder to the bowl and mix well.
Assemble the finished dough into a ball, trying not to knead it, wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
Make a cake pour. Whisk together the eggs, sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and flour until smooth. The consistency should be liquid.
Place the dough on the bottom of the baking dish (I took a 22cm shape) and flatten with my hands, making small sides.
Cut the thawed strawberries into 4 parts and place on top of the pastry.
Pour the filling over the strawberries and distort the tin a little or tap it on the table so that the filling is well distributed between the berries. Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30-50 minutes.
Decorate the finished pie to your taste and serve cooled, so it will taste better. Enjoy your meal!
